Passwords are necessary to avoid others access your files. So if you want to have a password then there are settings provided for the same in Playbook. For that you have to go same in the setting menu and then Tap on Security. It is below Screen. In that go in Password and as per your choice your Enable or Disable the same.

Again below Security you can see Software Updates and below that you can see Sound. From here you can manage your sound settings of the Playbook. In that you can adjust the settings to screen directly by moving the bar. Just tap and drag the same.

Setup a 24-hour clock

Go at the top in settings and below Bluetooth you can find your Date and Time settings. You can customize your date and time zone settings. You can set them as per your choice. I prefer to go for a 24 hour clock as it is necessary when you are traveling.

Move items from the screen to a different Window

That is also too simple. Some you do not want some icons on the main window and you want to move the same to an different window. For moving them you have to tap on that item and then drag your finger to the top window category. It can be All / Favorites / Games, etc. Just leave them wherever you want. Tap the check mark and then done.

Delete an item from the screen

When you tap an icon and hold it for a while below the item you can see a X mark. You have to tap that to delete the item. And then on the left side you can see a empty box. Tap to put the check mark and done.

Adjust brightness and back light

Again tap on settings and then look for Screen tab. In that you can control your screen brightness and also you can set the timeout period for the back light.
